The architecture design of this new detached house seeks to address the glaring West Sun that greatly affect the front part of the development. The intersecting of different volumes allows the creation of different spaces and at the same time provides shades and privacy to the main areas such as the Living and the Master bedroom. The adoption of different materials enhances the ascetical aspect of the intersecting “boxes” making it a modern and articulated house.
