Faber Drive

Architectural design for a 2-storey detached house with a basement and attic. The planning of the space is organized as a reply to the privacy of occupants. On the first storey, the design integrates light, openness and functionality into a limited space. The concept is to maximize the connection between functional spaces with natural light, ventilation and the exterior. The second storey has large openings on the front and narrow openings on the side where the bedrooms are. The facade is in dark zircon wood with series of screens, enabling ventilation and light to penetrate into the space.
