Interior design for a Peranakan themed restaurant in Japan. Upon arrival, customers will be greeted by a richly patterned lobby space with antique furniture and decor. The spaces in the restaurant is distinguished by different types of vintage Peranakan tiles. The entrance hallway which mimics a "five-foot way" has a feature light on one side and a display cabinet on the other. The feature light above the bar has a black steel frame with Peranakan floral motif textiles and light box, acting as the centrepiece of the restaurant. The seating area has mosaic tile wall covering and cement screed with wall painting. There is an old steel gate commonly found at old shophouses at the back of the seating area, painted in turquoise to introduce a fresh, fun vibe to the space.
